5 Foods That Help You Loose Weight!

Some people want to loose weight, some just want to get fit.. so I thought i would do a list of foods that are good for you and help you loose weight, i thought this might help people trying to find the right diet.

1.
Eggs! Skip whatever you normally have for breakfast for eggs, they are full of protein which makes you feel fuller for longer. A multicenter study of 30 overweight or obese women found that those who ate two scrambled eggs (with two slices of toast and a reduced-calorie fruit spread) consumed less for the next 36 hours than women who had a bagel breakfast of equal calories!!

Salad! Instead of what you normally have for lunch have a big salad, its full with nutrients and vitamins and also fills you up.. with hardly any calories at all! Its better than stuffing your face with McDonalds, no matter how tasty it is!

3.
Green tea! I love green tea, I drink it so much haha! But it contains something that speeds up metabolism and fat burning.

4.
Tofu! It seems far too light to be filling, but research shows that with tofu in a meal, you eat less of the meal than you would without tofu. So basically.. tofu is an appetite-squashing protein.

5. 
Nuts! You probably wouldn't believe it because they are fattening, right? a handful of peanuts is about 165 calories, but.. research shows that people that snack on nuts tend to be slimmer than people that don't.
